L episode air towards the end of this season final series.. Susan Sarandon has reportedly joined forces with George Clooney to star in the final episode of the NBC series ER. While the oceans Eleven star is reprising his role in the episode Sarandon is a guest appearance, reports E! Online. According to sources, Sarandon scenes filmed last weekend with fellow Oscar winner Clooney on the set of ER at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank.
